am Dienstag den 10.1.12 bin ich auf die AYA Snapshot Seite gekommen..
(Auf dieser Seite sind Kurzprofile von Austauschschülern die zwischen Juli und September ausreisen. Diese Kurzprofile sind für die Hostfamilies da um sich vorher einen kurzen eindruck zu machen von uns.)

so sieht mein Kurzprofil aus.

Cathleen is 15 years old and lives with her mother in a small village. She describes herself as a very cheerful person who really likes creative things. She is also spontaneous, self-confident and ambitious. She attends middle school and is a good and responsible student. Her favorite subjects are history, English and sports because she likes to be active. She loves sailing and has been doing it since she was a child. She started learning on her own when she was 10 years old and this year she started teaching the beginners. In her free time, she likes to go sailing twice a week and also likes doing other sports like cycling, jogging, playing volleyball and also meeting her friends. She enjoys the time with her friends, cooking together, taking pictures or just talking. When she was 6 years old she started dancing ballet and doing judo, but had to stop because she needed more time for school. She started to think about spending a year in the USA when she was 10 years old. Her confirmation present from her parents was a ticket to visit an aunt in Levittown, NY. She spent 2 1/2 weeks with her, had a great time and loved the people she met. After this visit she was sure she wanted to have the experience of living and studding in the USA, learning the culture and way of life. She is looking forward to getting to know her American family and sharing her won culture with them. 

Am Donnerstag den 12.1.12 hat eine in der Facebook AIFS-Gruppe die Ausreisedaten für den Sommer geschrieben.. Heißt ich könnte am 31.7 ; 7.8 ; 21.8 ; 28.8 oder 5.9 ausreisen.
